 Deutsche Welle دویچه وله: معجونهای ۳ سوته پسری ایرانی در اینترنتمدتها پیش سر و کلهی پسری ایرانی به نام اردشیر در سایت یوتوب پیدا شد که آمده بود تا در “۳ سوت” به بینندگانش آشپزی یاد دهد؛ از دم کردن چای گرفته تا پختن پاستا. لهجهی اصفهانی و طنز او نمک آشپزیهایش بود. کاربران ایرانی سایت یوتوب به خصوص آنهایی که اهل آشپزخانهاند و از آشپزی کردن و ایستادن در پای اجاق لذت میبرند، حتما با اردشیر احمدی آشنا هستند؛ پسری جوان اهل اصفهان که چند سالی است در کانادا اقامت دارد و به روایت خودش آشپز ماهری است. اردشیر در آن زمان ویدئوهای خانگی را با نام “آشپزی در ۳ سوت” تهیه کرد که در مجموع شامل پانزده قسمت میشد؛ درست کردن نیمرو، ژله و یا حتی روش ابدائی سریع خوردن ساندویچهای مکدونالد! متن کامل مصاحبه به همراه فایل صوتی |

I would share his videos with friends and family while thinking he deserves to his own show on TV instead of all of these talentless TV personalities who we can’t relate to. Sure enough within less than a year, the number of his viewer’s grew exponentially and he was well known amongst Iranian around the globe.
